We take privacy seriously. Here is exactly what PersonalTranslator stores and why.
What we store

| Your Discord user ID | To identify your account and track your token balance |
| Your username and display name | To show in the admin panel for support purposes |
| Your token balance | To know whether you can make translations |
| Total characters translated | For your usage stats in /status |
| Your language preferences | To provide your default translation target |
| Purchase history | To credit your account and for receipts |
| Channel language memory | To predict your preferred language per channel |
What we do NOT store
- The content of messages you translate
- Any messages from other users
- Your payment details (handled entirely by Discord)
Translation API
Messages are sent to a third-party translation API (Google Cloud Translation or RapidAPI) to perform the translation. These services have their own privacy policies. Message content is not stored by PersonalTranslator after the translation is returned.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. We will remove your record from our database within 7 days.
